Great quality of dishes and high standards of hygiene during food preparation are of great importance at HomeCooked UK. This is why there is a specific vetting process that all of our chefs/homecooks have to go through according to which every chef/homecook is required to:
A: Hold a hygiene certificate Level 2 or more. Every person involved in the preparation and handling of food needs such a certificate.
B: Register their premises with the local Council. This means that all of our chefs/homecooks receive an inspection from a food officer and are awarded with exceptional hygiene rating.
C: Undergo through our food tasting session during which one of our culinary experts tries their food to ensure that it is delicious!
